A custom Virtual Office suite that turned shopping centre foot traffic into real estate leads, around the clock, attended or not.

Virtual Office Workstation Suite. Four modular workstations and four signage cabinets. Stainless steel and solid timber enclosures. 32" and 20" displays. PCAP touchscreens, keyboards, EFTPOS terminals, cameras, illumination, proximity readers, electronic locks, privacy screens, sliding drawers, custom stools.
Morgans Realty wanted to put real estate into the shopping centre, not just a sign, but a full lead generation environment. It needed to operate attended and unattended, handle payments, support live agent calls, and fit the physical retail environment without looking like an afterthought.
Envent designed and built the Virtual Office: a four-station interactive suite that brought the real estate agency directly to the public. Each workstation combined 32" and 20" displays with PCAP touchscreens for property browsing, EFTPOS for payments, and VOIP for live calls to agents. Camera surveillance, electronic locks, proximity readers, and privacy screens handled security and discretion. Custom stools and sliding drawers completed the environment.
Proprietary software ran advertising, virtual property tours, and live customer engagement from a single platform. The system ran in both staffed and unstaffed modes without any change to the hardware setup.
Delivered in 2006, this was one of the earliest examples in Australia of a fully interactive, unattended real estate kiosk operating in a commercial retail environment.
